Last weekend stories..nothing much more..lately ni mood takde de la nak entry post..cume blog walking je...ni cume nak enterframe Meehoon Goreng Pedas aku je.....lagi pun mmg dah berazam nk sediakan bfast and lunch untuk hubby setiap weekend..nak ke tak nak, kene masak jugak...2 ari tu je la pun dapat rase masakan wifey nye ni..hehe air tgn isteri beb! sape tak nak kan..
When comes to bfast I like something simple, no fuss and quick. So I will normally have a fried rice, noddles or beehoon. I think my mom's fried the best beehoon. Her fried beehoon is always very dry and not sticking together. The trick I learned from her is to soak the beehoon until is soft before frying them. Fried beehoon is really2 simple and everyone can do it.
I used beehoon, chicken breasts, squid, cabbage, carrot, bean sprout, garlic and dried chilli. Heat up some oil in a frying pan and put in the garlic. Then chicken, squid, follow by the carrot and cabbage. Stir fry for a few minutes and then put in the beehoon. Put a dash or two of water and put in the seasoning like tomato sauce,oyster sauce , sugar and salt to taste. Continue to stir fry until everything well mixed. Lastly put in beans sprout & kuchai. Mixed well and serve.

Menu kali ni aku namakan Meehoon Goreng Pedas...Sbb ape pedas?? sbb aku tambah cili padi kampung dlm meehoon tu...aku blend sekali dgn cili kering...bagi berasap mase makan tu...tapi takde la letak banyak pun..campur 10 biji je cili api kampung tu je ..sbb nanti cian pulak kat abi tu..ermmm mmg power la Meehoon aku kali ni...sedap sgt (puji diri sendri ni) hehe ..abi pun bagi thumbs up!......
